Richard Bargdill


Bio: Richard Bargdill is an assistant professor of psychology, teaching full time, at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. He taught for ten years at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. His research interests include: boredom, personal meaning, and creativity. Richard has won local, regional and state awards for his visual art. He has also won awards for his poetry. His wide range of artistic interests can be viewed on his website (see below). Dr. Bargdill is also membership chair and member-at-large for the Executive Board of "Society for Humanistic Psychology," Division 32 of the American Psychological Association.
